My vehicle was in the shop for 19 days. It was hard to get ahold of Mark on several occasions. I asked for them to fix my automatic light sensor on my vehicle. Only after 18 days I was notified that they replaced the switch which cost $300 dollars but that didn’t fix the problem. Instead of putting the old switch that was originally on my truck I had to pay the $300 dollars for the new switch which didn’t fix anything. I was notified on the 18th day it was in the shop that it was an additional $700 dollars to get the correct part to fix the problem. I don’t feel I should of had to pay for the new light switch when it accomplished nothing I should of had the old switch re installed. Never the less I just payed it and my balance to that point because I didn’t want to wait any longer for my vehicle or get charged an additional $700 to switch another part to see if that fixed my automatic head light issue.

My car was ready as promised, the work was done as promised. I completed an earlier survey. and I was filled with my complaints please trash it. My missed understanding was the cause of my complaint Thomas is owed an apology from me I will apologize to him on next visit to the facility Again Mike , and Thomas did an outstanding job the shop was clean neat an responsive to my needs

The technician misdiagnosed it and said I needed a new engine for $10,500 I fixed it myself replacing the vct solenoids for $130. I feel as if you were trying to rip me off.
