I have always received the highest quality of service from every employee at Raceway Ford. In regards to service, Dan Ritschl is a person I trust with my departments fleet and with my personal vehicles. Brought my truck on Saturday dropped off for diagnostic Monday afternoon no answer went to see if done told me no tech’s can see till Tuesday another Raptor came in with oil leak while I was inquiring and they took right in for diagnostic so I took my truck home I won’t be back to ever service my truck at Quick Lane Bought part from Raceway Ford parts and fixed myself

Very friendly and welcoming. Leonel introduced himself to me as I entered the service counter area and he made small talk and had a nice friendly attitude with me. I appreciated his customer service. Also, he was able to recommend a set of tires based on my requested criteria. The whole process was easy and fast.
