I would appreciate a more accurate estimate of the time I would be waiting. When I checked in at around 8:15a, I was told it would be “ about an hour.” It was 8:50 before my car was moved back from the front parking spot. It was close to 11:00 when my car was finished. I realize that it is hard to pinpoint an exact time but I would have appreciated an update when it obviously was going to take longer.

I think Alan did all he could do from where he was sitting but I have no faith in the tech that worked on my truck .and I found things that were broken inside my truck that weren't before I brought it to you very disappointed have to work that I was expecting to be done was never accomplished because of the delays.. Alan was very cordial very nice so I cannot put all the fault with him at all.

We have been going to Raceway for a long time. We had friends who worked there and since they retired the customer service and overall tact have been terrible. The service dept had our car all day and in the end said they don’t know why the problem is happening but they wouldn’t look into any further. We needed to take it to an auto body shop first and then bring it back to them to do more searching! I think not! Why would I bring it back to you when you couldn’t figure it out in the first place. Our business means nothing to you to investigate. I’m pretty sure I can find other ford dealerships that might not be so complacent. I get times are hard and staffing is down but honestly our experience was a horrible example of the entire business as a whole! If you allow your employees to speak to and treat customers without respect you don’t deserve mine or anyone else’s business!
