You had van for a month and gave it back unwashed, my brother picked up van for me. He had to ask for van to be washed so it was presentable Sorry was expecting a little more for the fact van was kept about a month.

Javier was very kind and courteous! Got my car in right when my appointment started, offered the shuttle service if I needed it, and kept me updated while I waited. He explained all services and what was needed/what will be needed for next visit, and I also saw how attentive and patient he was with his other customers during my time waiting. A seamless and positive experience! Thank you!

If you couldn't lift the truck with the equipment at Quick Lane I would of sent it or asked me to make an appointment at the dealership service department to address the main concern I have which is the squeaking problem??

My appointment was scheduled three weeks out. I arrived on time. It wasn't until about 4 hours later when I called to ask for the status of my vehicle repair. The answer I got was they hadn't even diagnosed the issues yet? My point is why make an appointment? It's total **** if your giving us false times to come in and leave our vehicle's at Ford when management surely knew they were going to keep vehicle all day. Then come back and use the excuse that they are really booked up? That's ****!!!!!! If done properly, they should have diagnosed the issue then realized then needed to order parts and told me within an hour? Terrible service in that regard! Alan was ok, however to give the same old **** line to us the customer is what passed me off! So yes I'm not very pleased!!!!! The only thing worse would be whomever is responsible for this complaint and does nothing is proving my exact point on Raceway Ford? Armando
