Javier was so helpful and helped me get my service done on a timely manner so I could take care of other things today. Very happy and my car feels like it got an energy drink. Runs so good. I think my car is happy too. Thank you to the mechanic as well. Job well done

My vehicle was not completed when I was told. I left my vehicle for over 24 hours. With no updates on its service (which was an oil change ). When I arrived I waited an additional hour. My service tech did not contact me about the service or a part that needed to be ordered that was on back order. The only positive experience I had was with Josh the service tech who took it upon himself to assist me once my service tech left and never informed me about my vehicle. Additionally I was charged for services that were optional but I was not informed were optional.
