I think I lucked into a not busy day so was able to get the work needed done in about an hour, just as Thomas guesstimated when I rolled in around 2:.30 pm w/o an appointment. The dashboard message had just shifted from change oil soon to oil change needed. I was approx. 900 miles beyond the recommended maintenance check but Thomas assured me that it was not a concern. First rate service from Thomas and the crew on hand today.

Thomas in answering my questions on the maintenance of my vehicle was very informative about the time frames of oil changes and he provided feedback on when the transmission flush should be done, as well as the coolant to be changed.
