Mike started off very friendly but after my service was provided I was urged to pay online and then my car would be delivered to me at a certain time I left work to get my car at my home. The car was not delivered on time. I missed 30 minutes of work there were no apologies. It was thrown back on me that as a courtesy we can’t promise a time.. it would’ve been a lot less stressful if I picked it up myself

My carabiner clip was misplaced and I never received a call with an apology nor a replacement. This isn't the first issue I've had with this company. I also will be updating my review with yelp and Google.
