Original service advisor never communicated the status to us and never returned phone calls. Kris **** took over and was excellent in moving the project along and in keeping us advised of the status.

Issue was not resolved although I was told the issue with my vehicle was solved. On top of That he tried to charge me although I have extended warranty . My bill at drop off showed nothing owed when I was called to say it was done no mention of a charge but when I arrived to pick up vehicle was told of a charge. Shady and again repair was not completed

The front desk is excellent. I don’t know what the mechanics are doing that twice they can’t set the correct PSI on new tires… I shouldn’t have to stop at random gas stations after getting new tires looking for a working air pump. It makes you want to go somewhere else just to save the trouble, probably money too.
