Edwin was easy to work with, communicated well, and actually listened to this old woman. Something that doesn't always happen. He and the techs hung with me until the truck failed again. Appreciate everyone effort to get me back on the road to northern california.

He never seems to not be on top of things. My warranty was waiting weeks for a response from him. It’s very hard to get ahold of him when I call. I leave a message and it takes awhile to get a response if i even do get one. My car has been there well over a month and has had unnecessary delays because of his lack of professionalism and dropping the ball on my case.
