I was kept updated on the status of my car during the day. I was advised when the car would be ready in about 30 minutes and received a text while driving to the dealership that the car was ready! Everything was very smooth and handled exceptionally well ... GREAT JOB!!

Edwin was absolutely amazing. From the first time we spoke over the phone,till he handed me my keys, and said my truck is ready to go. Not sure of his compensation. But Raceway Ford is getting a bargain for how he represents himself and your dealership.

The key replacement, programming of it was quick and got me on my way. Thankful for that. To other f150 owners. DO NOT EVER ENABLE MYKEY. Expensive to turn off if you only have 1 key fob.
