Dawson was awesome. Great customer service. I was happy to get the recall fixed so easy. Usually you take your car to the dealer and don’t get it back for a week. Oscar showed up at my house and was done in about 20 minutes. Excellent idea guys and gals. Keep up the good service. Ryan T

I requested my wheels be balanced then rotated. I had abnormal tire wear on one tire and didn’t think I needed an alignment. Prior to drop off I marked and labeled my tires to their location to confirm later the rotation. I picked my truck up the next day and got home to find that the wheels were balanced but they weren’t rotated. I’m disappointed in the technician inputting that he performed the rotation in my paperwork but didn’t perform the work. Just be honest do the work make sure front desk associates know all the info don't lie to customers.
