Good work, except for the Lack of communication and sense of urgency, I waited for the call from service department all day, and after I call and left a massage, I got a call back at the end of the day, and after waited for almost an hour at service department, I was able to get my car back.

Javier Fernando's is always great to talk to and ask questions too. 110% on him. I do have a concern with the mechanics that are doing the oil changes or whatever the case is. I just want to point out to have them be really careful with how they drive and park our vehicles. It seems like they have no care for them and watching through the television screens on how careless they can be at times while working on our vehicles. Or at least it seems. Other than that, thank you raceway for taking care of our vehicles.

Service took longer than expected and I had to reach out several times to get updates. Phone calls to the dealership were rejected each time. The online tool also did not give me updates about the status of my vehicle's repair.
