I got charge for my truck oil change when I bought a service contract on this truck never again will I take it there , my truck only has 6k miles and they charge me 91 dollars plus change for an oil change when they said it was on the contract no charge ! Doesn’t make any sense

I believe the technician rounded off 4 of my lug nuts and burger the remaining 6 front lugs nuts.good thing I checked before I drove away.my service writer is going to replace the 10 nuts.hopefully you guys come through with my lug nuts.PS : hopefully my front two break lines that were replaced won’t fall off or leak break fluid.
