Edwin was not there when I got there. Some other person helped me I don't remember his name but he was very helpful. Edwin came later and handed me my keys when the service was done well not done because I'm still waiting for the part to come in so it can be replaced.

They forgot to place the sticker of my Nest service they forgot to reset the life of the oil they rotate the tires even though one of the tires have a nail that they couldn't fix because it was too dangerous but they rotated to the front and that's even worse

Edwin was excellent in every way. He happened to be the person who made my appointment and also helped me check in. From the initial phone call, to the checking, to the phone call with the update, he was phenomenal. Check out was seemless and extremely easy and fast. I have not encountered better customer service at any dealership. Edwin did an amazing job. All employees should represent Ford in this way!
