My sticker was not put on my windshield properly and it came off, I don’t know when I’m suppose to get my next oil change. I wish there was a way a car could be vacuumed after service. That’s all ????

Even though it was expensive I'm glad they were able to fix the problems. Stewart Tan was very knowledgeable during the whole process and kept me informed about the progress of the work being done. He was always available and returned phone calls in a timely manner

There was no communication unless we called. No one could find my keys or my car for almost 30 minutes. My vehicle was also dirty and there was just no sense of care.

First, the guys working the service desk were both Amazing Personalities who cared about making things right for You and Your Vehicle! One week ago my car set off an alert that reads; Door latch fault service we are scheduling a visit with Mike McFarland. He advised me to get in as soon as possible. on my way to work I had a flat right tire. This happened on my way to work right in front of your dealership. I pulled in and went to Service told me that if I didn’t have an appointment at least a week out that’s how long I was looking at to get help with anything we can’t schedule a flat tire on my way to work and shoulders. I left to see Mike McFarland in 24 hours had me resolved and provided transportation for all! Delivery my car get a 10 plus!! Great job Mike!

Stewart is always amazing. I haven't had the best luck with the truck getting repaired and hopfully they can get to the bottom of the problem sooner than later.
