Javier was excellent. Had a problem with a possible oil leak after “The Works” and he responded very courteously and quickly. He had my vehicle put on a lift and he and the mechanic explained the origin of the leak. Great service!

Upon receiving my vehicle I found that one of the mirror decorations was broken and was not notified. Also after looking at the bill I noticed that I was charged for the oil change and tire rotation bundle, but to my knowledge the tire rotation was not done. Lastly the typical sticker that comes with an oil change to tell you when and at what milage you should get the next was not placed.

2 of my factory skid plate bolts were not reinstalled. I discovered it after I got home because I heard some rattling while driving. Please give me a call at ****-****-xxxx so we can get them replaced.

He is incompetent. Did not have any knowledge about what I was saying and ended up inspecting the truck for something other then what I took it in for. He was just worried about how many different inspections he can charge me for. Why does he work in the service department if he doesn’t know anything about vehicles. Incompetent! I was actually planning on spending more money to get my truck fixed but instead I’ll take it somewhere else. That service tech will absolutely loose you more customers.
