The communication is horrible, and the truck was in there for over a month total . First time they never fixed it . Second time they come back with a 7k Bill . Not happy with the service department at the moment .!

Dawson Fenn kept me completely informed about the process, provided constant information through phone calls, texts, and email, was cordial, and prompt. Service was done on schedule and on time. If only regular car service at Raceway Ford was even remotely comparable to its mobile service and at reasonable prices I would genuinely consider bringing my vehicle for regular service.
