2 days to try to get an estimate only after I badgered him to give me an estimate. I can only imagine how long it would have taken to do the work. Plus the extra cost for a rental car. 2 hours later I had the work done elsewhere. I will never return to Raceway.

I have been coming here for many years. Usually just to do an oil change in last year I got some major work done. Today the wait was just about 2 hours. I spoke to the gentleman at the desk and asked him if they offer the complimentary car wash and he said yes that he would inform the technician to have it be ran through the car wash. After waiting nearly 2 hours I was ready to leave. On approaching my car I realized my car hadn't been washed. At $90 and including a $10 off coupon I understand that car washes complimentary. This is now the second or possibly the third time I haven't got my car washed. It's the little things like a car wash that sets you guys apart from the rest.

The service writer, Javier and Service manager Mike were a pleasure to deal with. But, the service performed (oil change & tire rotation) took 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete…with an appointment.
