Issue was not resolved although I was told the issue with my vehicle was solved. On top of That he tried to charge me although I have extended warranty . My bill at drop off showed nothing owed when I was called to say it was done no mention of a charge but when I arrived to pick up vehicle was told of a charge. Shady and again repair was not completed

The front desk is excellent. I don’t know what the mechanics are doing that twice they can’t set the correct PSI on new tires… I shouldn’t have to stop at random gas stations after getting new tires looking for a working air pump. It makes you want to go somewhere else just to save the trouble, probably money too.

I left my vehicle at raceway ford with a code P0299 got a call telling me that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. On top of that I picked up my vehicle got home and noticed a dent on the left fender, I call to let them know and they told me that the dent was already on my vehicle which I know it wasnt because i hardly use my vehicle. The service is very poor and will never recommend anyone to buy ir service their vehicle in Raceway Ford. I will be reporting this to the BBB and consumer affairs.
