This has absolutely nothing to do Edwin. He did his job. This has to do with the fact that what I had to pay for to get fixed should've been fixed before I purchased the truck from you. Supposedly after I purchased the truck. Ford sent out a letter acknowledging the problem for which I paid for to get fixed. I don't recall receiving that letter. Thefor I wasn't aware of the situation that I could've had this fixed for free. Raceway Ford had to be aware of this issue before selling the truck to me because obviously Ford was aware of because they eventually admit it there's a mission with the transmission. I find this very disappointing that Raceway Ford didn't take on the responsibility to correct an know'n issue but instead left it up to the customer to fix it. I have purchased two vehicles from Raceway Ford and I would still buy not anymore!! They would rather save a buck, passing issues onto the customer in hopes of not being found out! Shame on Raceway Ford! That in my book is VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS! I will be sure to spread the word how Raceway Ford sells vehicles. Very shady business practices!
