Was able to fix oil leak on the same day, expected to need additional time.Always get the best service and honesty from Thomas, he's the main reason I currently have a truck on order through Raceway. Salesman are done after sale, I deal with Thomas for the next 10 years!

I bought this vehicle from Raceway Ford and I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve received from the staff and mechanics. Thomas and Mike in the fast lane service department are a joy to work with. Alan was wonderful. He explained about my car and when I could expect it to be ready. I was given a Loaner car, Bronco Sport. It was fun to drive. I will definitely recommend Raceway Ford to my friends.

Still don’t know if vehicle is repaired yet. And it’s taken more than 7 visits and more than 5 weeks time I haven’t had the vehicle,to get to this point.

Service Rep and Mechanic were outstanding. They work on my repair and tried to arrange for a lower bottom line bill. Thank them! Not satisfied the price and availability of replacement Ford Parts along eith the $215/hr labor charge. It is absolutely ridiculous for such a fee would make it almost impossible for a Ford owner to get Ford quality service and parts. The labor rate is price gouging, poor/fixed income customers. There should be a class action suit!
