Blair was responsive, kind and all the work done was great. They spent extra time on my vehicle, above and beyond what I expected and finished on time!
I was quoted an hour for the car to be ready. I left 2 hours later.My vehicle was ready but no one checked with me. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes after my car was ready to go. I would’ve been fine with waiting 90 minutes. Those extra 30 minutes were not ok. If I would’ve been quoted 90 minutes from the start then it would be more efficient to leave and come back but an hour? Anyone can wait an hour.
Everybody did a wonderful job.
He was willing to assist me when the person I made my appointment with was unavailable and he gave me all the information necessary for upcoming services.

Michael was excellent. The car was promised with a 2 to 3 hour timeframe and it was just only over the two hour mark. Had several things done. Great service dept.
Brad Hallock was very helpful and friendly. He kept me updated of the repair status of my vehicle. I’m very pleased with the service received.
I did not have an appointment, but was upset that it took 3 hours for a 10 minute oil change . There were a lot of mechanics standing around doing nothing.
