Rene was very friendly, trustworthy, helpful. I would choose to have service done at Nissan over any luxury car dealership any day. Everyone is so friendly and I know I’m not being tricked into spending money on my car that isn’t necessary. Service was prompt and communication was very good on Rene’s end. I will be coming back to him for future service appointments.

My 1st time in Avondale Nissan taking my vehicle in trusting that you guys would tale care of my vehicle. But leaving the dealership and getting on the freeway my car starting make a loud noise! And I guess there was a recall on a part that I was not aware of and it shows on my receipt that I declined it, and in which it was was never mentioned to me! And now I have to take more time to take the vehicle back and I do no have time during the week. I am not pleased with the service at all!
I was not available to take back to work after dropped my truck , I have to take Uber , Cost me $12.00 and I was ok , but after the called me and let me know my truck was ready I ask if please somebody can pick me up and they told me No because the last service was at 3:30 , unfortunately I don’t have time to do this on my days off, which I like this location , I never had this issue before , but this time , I paid $80 for my service and 25 on Uber .
