I went into Nissan to have them just check my battery, fluid levels, and tire pressure before we leave on vacation Monday. We absolutely love Tony Valencia and he always goes out of his way to help us, I was told everything was good except we did need a new battery. I drive home, and the next day which was today when I went to drive my car the low tire pressure light came on. I’m like are you kidding me? We just had that checked. So I went to dis punt tire. They said all 4 were low by like 4 numbers. They also tested the spare which should be 60 and it was at 17. So not even drivable. I am not happy at all! The worker who worked on my car in the back lied and said he did it when he didn’t: how do I know we got a new battery or the fluids were checked? I am not happy at all. This is not ok.

I was a bit disappointed it was my 1st oil change appointment since my purchase in May. As a female I have to trust that all things underneath the hood were completed correctly until the car has a problem. But, the courtesy care was was a critical fail. I understood that your team was very busy. I was given fair warning and Blair was fantastic with everything. But, next service you can keep the complimentary carwash. I went to the $3.00 carwash and upgraded my wash to put a wax coat to get the bird poo and smudges that were left on my car and vaccumed my car myself. I appreciated the effort.Maybe it was just a bad day to rate the standards of the team, some don't do well under pressure even if it is"just" a complimentary car wash. I'm sure next visit will be excellent.
