4.5 hours to do a service and there where no repairs involved Prior to to the appointment I had left voicemails with my service provider Adam two (2) days in a row Monday and Tuesday I used the default line to connect with Cesar and setup the appointment however until I arrived it was clear he did not have the information relative to my 20,000 mile service requirements Further while waiting I actually spoke to Adam and told him about the previous voicemails I’d left, his response was yeah! Perhaps there was a system issue and who knows how many others left voicemails I said well that’s not good for business! Bottom line is even if the voicemail issues are true his response was not acceptable

Stop contacting me. Also the job was supposed to take 1 hour and 4 hours later when we called to check they still needed 30 minutes (and that was after keeping us on hold for 12 minutes).

First time customer and everyone I had contact was great. From the phone operator ,to the service Representative who made the first appointment and the second Representative when I called for a sooner appointment, to the Representative who I talked to when I pulled into the service bay area , to the Service writer David Luethy who listened and wrote everything I needed done and made it happen. And I want to do a shout out about a maintenance man Luis ,who I spoke to outside as I waited, Great people , great service , You Have A Winning Team . Thank you
