Brought my vehicle in for a recall, dropped it off at 2:30pm, Caesar was not answering his pages so another gentleman checked me in. At 5:00pm I was called by Caesar informing me he needed a few more hours with my vehicle. I informed him that was not possible due to work being an hour away for me, he called back and informed me the technician had started the work but “put my car back together” and I could come get it, then he wanted to know if I could be there ASAP for the pick up before 6pm. I felt rushed due to him wanting to leave at 6pm, when I arrived the paperwork stated I “declined” the work so no work was done. I refused to sign the “declined work” paperwork and asked for a copy. I took off work, I paid for 2 car services to get home and come back to Nissan, it was such an inconvenience, and cost and my vehicle still has a recall that needs fixed.

I’m am waiting a phone called from Mr. So regarding about ordering the parts for my passenger windows. He stated that he’ll called me in Friday and latest is Saturday. As up today, I still haven’t received any phone calls from him. Please give me a call when the parts arrived at the service center! Thank you Mrs. Le
