Michael was amazing! I called so many times and he was friendly and eager to be of assistance to me EVERY time I called and it was a lot! This guy needs to be kept forever!
My husband has scheduled that oil change online and made specific instructions that only oil change should be done. However, tire rotation was also noted by Adam. This was totally unknown to me, and relied to what Adam was looking on his monitor, I even asked if he needed anything else from me, but said everything has already been in the system. I just wish he would read customer notes
