I waited for five and a half hours. I asked how much longer they thought it would be after 3 hours and they said a half hour and then it was two and a half hours later. I asked again after a hour and they said another half hour but it was an hour and half after that. Once I got my car back after the car wash, it was dirtier than I gave it to them because of all of the streak marks. I drive way further to go to this Nissan rather than a closer one because the experience has always been great. I won’t be doing that again, and I won’t be coming here again.
Communicated well and got the service work done fast. I was pleasantly surprised that the armada was ready to go a lot sooner than expected. Thanks for the great work!
