Everything was done with care and concern. My problems were fixed and additional issues were found through an extensive diagnostic exam. Timely responses were given to my calls and Brad even stayed a bit longer to accommodate my schedule to pickup my vehicle. Excellent customer service and professionalism was given to me from drop off, explanation of diagnostic exam, to pickup. Thank you.
Blair is top notch! He is the best service advisor at Avondale Nissan. He truly cares about his customers and their vehicles. On a side note I think the coffee dispensing machine needs to be moved back closer to the TV and chairs. It is hidden inside the kitchen area now.

Great service and helpful
I had a 9:30 am appt time for a simple oil change with no extras. I was given a time of 11 am that my cat should be ready. My vehicle wasn't pulled into a bay until almost 11:15am. My car was not completed until almost 12:00pm. There is no reason for a simple pull change with an appointment time of 9:30 am to take 2 1/2 hours to complete. I was over an hour late to my job. I was extremely disappointed with how long this took. I would have no problem with waiting had I not made an appointment or asked for the car wash or tire rotation or even if I had been given an accurate completion time. I seriously hope that in the future, things will go smoother because I do really do like your company and I love my car which is why i only want to go through you guys with ask of my car care needs.

If it was not for Tony Valencia I would not go back to Avondale Nissan. I was treated poorly by Blair. I do not understand why he's still an employee with your company. If he treats all women the way he treated me I'm surprised he has any female customers. Good luck with that. Thank you Tony Valencia for stepping in and taking care of me you are the best

Brad was very helpful in getting me in for an oil change at the last minute And I really appreciate it that. I am not satisfied with the service because several things were wrong with my vehicle one of them was a recall and the other one was my horn wasn’t working and I did not get the option on whether I wanted to get these fixed while my car was being serviced. I do understand that the shop closed at four but if my vehicle was in and been serviced prior to closing time all of my issue should’ve been addressed or I should’ve gotten an option on whether or not I want to ask him to be addressed instead when I was checked out he just said I declined all services when they were never mentioned to me but other than that I appreciate the service I appreciate the leftover of my car and I appreciate the last oil change but I just wished I would’ve been advised of what was wrong with my car instead of reading that I declined services when I checked out campaign
