I was really freaking out! I knew something major was wrong. Blair told me to bring it in and we will figure things out! We brought it in. It needed a new transmission.. Blair got it covered and got it done in record time!!!
Received text stating my car was ready, up ok n arrival my service advisor was at lunch. Stood around for a few minutes no one acknowledged me, so headed over to ine of the service advisors and stated i was picking up my car. Couldn't find paperwork, then i was never told there was a fee for a tire rotation. Not a good experience.

Both Blair and Rene are the nicest service techs at the dealership. They show compassion and seem like they truly care. I would only go to them to trust them with my vehicle.
I had took my Infiniti G35 to Nissan on Avondale and it was being worked on by Brad.
I want to start by saying that Brad was a phenomenal Tech! Previously I took the vehicle to 5 different mechanics/shops and none of the mechanics were able to find the issue or fix my vehicle. They all went crazy, lost their hair and quit on me. My last resort was Nissan before just getting rid of the car and parting it out. I got to Nissan and set me up with Brad and he got straight to it. I am so grateful to have Had a tech/mechanic and not quit on me. He spent some time with my vehicle and I’m sure he went crazy too but the car did not beat the technician this time around. I just want to thank Brad and Nissan for getting my vehicle back on the road. Brad you are awesome!

Michael was very professional and polite. It’s a plus to feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. As far down as he was sitting from the entrance, he was the only one that acknowledged me when others were right by the entrance. They could learn customer service from Michael.
Caesar did Everything he said he would.
I feel that Blair is honest about my car. That he does not advise me to do extra work because I cannot afford it. I appreciate his service.
