Cesar was committed to satisfy me, but the end results were very dissatisfied. My car was about 8 o 10 days in the shop. So not a happy customer. Was not offered a transportation for my daily activities. And when I asked for I was told I have to pay for. I came in for the recall AEB. Mentioned to Cesar an issue with the radio. He told me the part was ordered twice and got the wrong piece. Then 3 o 4 days later when I picked it up a scratch was found on the passenger side doors front and back to repair the scratch they kept my car 5 o 6 more days.
Brad was professional and truly cared about helping get the car fixed correctly and in a timely manner. We are very thankful for his assistance!

Can’t say enough good things about Adam and the Avondale Nissan team! Our NPV has had intermittent transmission problems for over a year and we were never able to replicate it during service. Adam watched videos I took, came up with a plan to match the conditions, and was able to find it replicating the very problem. He communicated everything and always gave us confidence his team was doing everything possible to get it fixed for good. The only reason I drive over 30 miles, one way, (or in this case request that it be towed to Avondale Nissan) to have my car serviced at Avondale Nissan is because I know Rene is going to take me serious, and make sure my vehicle is safe for the road!!!
