I had not had yet met Michael, but he explained very clearly my vehicle would be serviced with what was necessary so I could have my car back as soon as possible. He was very nice & friendly.

Blair didn’t give me good customer service didn’t explain ANYTHING that was done to my car, just told me how much it was and said my car was outside. Not great customer service AT ALL! Thank you.

Blair Hummel shows a lot of knowledge, he makes me feel like he knows what he’s doing, so the job will get done right the first time. Blair also goes above and beyond, I know it must not be easy dealing with customers like me (constantly calling or going back for questions) but he consistently gave me a peace of mind, and never looked bothered by my constant questions/concerns/visits. I am glad I have a service advisor I could trust with my vehicle. Truly appreciate the exceptional service.
