The rep gave me a window of 9-4 for my car to be completed. I wasn’t expecting the car to be within the hour but a reasonable expectation is needed. Also, when I walked up to the counter the rep didn’t greet me. I stood In front of him for about 5 minutes before he acknowledged me.

I never received a call or text notifying me that my vehicle was ready, and upon reviewing my service receipt, it mentioned that my passenger rear bushing arm torn. I called today to inquire about this and Rene said its not completely torn. He never once mentioned that to me when he said my brakes were at 50% and my battery tested good, and that I needed a fluid service. My factory warranty is about to end in about 2,000 miles. This is something he should have mentioned to me to better explain, rather than having to return the car to be reinspected. What a hassle. I've never felt this displeased with my service at Avondale Nissan. Blair Hummel is a great advisor. I am sad to say I felt disappointed dealing with another advisor.

I dropped my car off at 7:30am on 11/8/2019, first morning appointment to have the transmission checked out. I took the shuttle back to a relatives house to wait for my car. My advisor said he would let me know if they needed to keep the car overnight they would call me and let me know. I text the advisor around noon asking about my car and all he said was he'll try to get my car back to me. It is now 5pm and still no word back from him which is worrisome because they close at 6pm. So I called him twice. The first time I left a voicemail and the second time he picked up. I ask him about my car again and he just says they were swamped and couldn't get to my car even though I had an appointment at 7:30am! He asked if they could keep it overnight and he'll call me in the morning. I said yes but by this time I was frustrated because I had wasted my entire day waiting for him to call me which he never did. I had too reach out myself multiple times because if I hadn't I would've been waiting still. Now I'm mad because not only did I waste my entire day but now I'm car less and have to find a way home and back to the dealer the next day. Next day comes, morning came and went and still no call from him. I had to physically go down there and confront him about my car so that I can get it back. Very unprofessional. No matter how busy it is, what he did to me was completely unexceptable. If I hadn't gone there myself I probably would've been without a car the whole weekend.

I honestly feel that Cesar needs to have more people skill. He is rude and sarcastic and comes off like he could care less about makin....he needs to check a client vehicle service history before billing them. I had to tell him that I had purchased a oil change plan...I could not believe his response. I plan on never going to him on my future services. He gives Nissan a bad name. I've been coming to nissan for over 10 years...but this guy Cesar is not repressenting what Nissan stands for
