My appointment was at 8:30am arrived at 8:15am. Told 3-4 hrs, just seemed long for luggage rack repair but vehicle still not ready at 3pm. When vehicle came out the repair wasn't correctly repaired, so had to leave vehicle so the repair could be completed correctly. Pick up my vehicle and my lights, mirror, ac, seat and a/c was changed..so had to reset everything. My service rep Micheal provided great service!!

You tore my CV boot and instead of replacing it they put a zip tie on it to try to cover it up. I'm not happy at all I've spent thousands at your service department and this is the customer service I get.
