George was out to lunch when I arrived
George gave me the keys to my car when should have given tbe keys to the attendant to drive/bring vehicle in garage. Instead I had to walk about parking lot to find my vehicle. I could not find vehicle. I returned to George who took car keys from me and gave them to attendant to drive vehicle up. Please focus on customer too. However service on vehicle outstanding
I was very satisfied with the way I was taken care of by George Ayala. He kept me informed about what was being done with my car & how long it would take. George made me want to bring my car back to Nissan for oil changes & all car repairs. I am glad Mike at Carmax sent me to Nissan. Thank you very much! JANE M
