Brandon Was Very Helpful And Gave Me Full Explanation On Everything That was happening With My Vehicle When I go back to get my car serviced again I will be returning to Brandon Again for help.
I purposefully scheduled online and chose Brandon Moles as he was my service contact a month or so ago and thought he did a great job! I was pleased then and still pleased now. He kept me fully updated (some may think too much) but I liked knowing what was going on. He walked over to where they wash cars just to make sure my vehicle was almost finished because he felt a lot of time had passed before I got my vehicle. I appreciated that because he knew I had a busy day ahead. Anytime I go to Nissan for service I will chose Brandon and if he is not there for the day I will wait!! Brandon has amazing customer service and customer service keeps ppl coming back. Kudos Brandon!

The overall time I was there was 3 hours and and 15 mins. My service advisor said it would only take an hour and a half. Also never updated me on why it was taking so long.

If the rental car had been extended to 2 dags it would have been exceptional, however the rental company called me two timrs today to say it was only covered for 1 day.
