After speaking with the consultant over phone. He got upset over our talk. And my wife & twins were still at your dealer waiting for shuttle to bring them home. He then approched her and told her in front of all your customers how upset I was at him over the fact that I needed to know what was wrong with my car. But he was taking out on my wife rasied he's voice at her in an unprofessional way in front of all customers and workers. My wife felt embarrassed.
