I had a scheduled appointment at 11 o’clock to simply install a new tailgate for my truck. However for some reason it took over two hours for the entire process to happen. The two people I spoke to you on the phone said it would only take maybe a few minutes very misleading.
To finish, Blair is fantastic knowledgeable along with positive customer oriented.

Whatever his salary is, it’s not enough!!! I have been in customer service all my life(now retired) and he is one of the best. He established a personal connection so I felt very comfortable and trusting in his word. I had to go back three times to get the cruise control corrected. Dave was very good about explaining what had to be done and pointing out options on my car that I did not know I had. He kept me in the loop about the progress every step of the way. A true professional!

It took much longer then expected, which had a lot to do with a 3rd party inspector taking a while to get back to you. But even putting that aside, I’m unhappy that my dash got all scraped up, it looks terrible! My glove compartment was also not put back in correctly, I drove away and had to turn around 10 minutes later and drive back. It got fixed quickly and correctly but it was kind of annoying because I was late for an appointment.
I’m not entirely sure if it’s typical for a dash to get this gashed during a service, but it seems strange.
Dave was very nice, I liked the updates.
