Brandon was my service advisor he stated he would like to keep the car overnight to find out what was wrong. He stated he would call me the next day but I received no call so I had to call him he did not remember where we left off and what he should be doing had to keep my car even longer to do a diagnostic ask me if I wanted my car washed and did not do it terrible experience

Window came off track. This dealership wanted to replace the regulator costing over $300. I took off the door panel and placed the window back in track resolving the issue. Regulator is working fine and window operates normally. Parts were not needed and had the dealership taken the door panel off they would of clearly seen the issue. Will not recommend or go back to this dealership.
