Brandon really took great care of me. The job did not get done on time because of how busy service was. Brandon made a a couple of adjustments for the next week. I commended him on doing that and said I would spread the good word about the dealership. I took his advise and got another car. Back in a Mercedes again. But I will still highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks again.

Service advisor is great, but the people that drive our vehicles to get serviced and to get washed have no business changing radio stations or mess with settings in our vehicles. This happens every time I get service done.

Julie is always on top of everything. She makes sure to communicate and help me understand any issues or concerns I have with my vehicle. I live over an hour away from Avondale Nissan but I completely appreciate and trust Julie so it is worth the drive to me.

FYI, I had my service with Mr Blair Hummel of which gave me a very satisfactory experience having my vehicle serviced. As always, each for the last 6 years Mr Hummel took care of my vehicle above and beyond. And because of this even though my insurance coverage will be ending soon, I will make sure to keep my vehicle service at Avondale Nissan location.

This is our 4th Nissan that we own. 2 Altimas and 2 Titans. Rene has always been a great service rep and Trudy, Tony and the rest are always willing to help. Rene finds out everything that I ask about and explains what I don't know. I learned a lot about diesels Friday. Tony is a first class diesel customer trainner and so nice to talk to.
Blair was very condisending. He quoted me a price that was higher than my last visit. When I questioned him about my price, instead of him telling me why, he said he would print my last invoice and honor that price, when I again expressed concern over the raise in charge he overtakes me telling me about jiffy lube and how you guys were the cheapest in town for an oil change. He continued to go on and on and I asked him to please stop talking because he was only making the encounter worse and hostile. As I submitted my card for payment, he told me I was fine and since I had such a bad experience he gave me a complimentary oil change and to have a nice day. I offered to pay again, he said no, have a nice day. Although I did not pay for service after offering 2x, I was very upset at the attitude he had when I questioned the new price instead of explaining the increase. I was very very upset even after the fact for the rest of the day. Not a pleasant experience nor did I deserve the attitude and condensation given to me from him. Not sure if I or my daughter , who also gets her oil change done on her Sentra as well. As we are loyal Avondale Nissan customers, will be back. May look for coupons to elsewhere. Thank you.
