Horrible communication with Service Advisor. Car was kept in shop for long than anticipated. No communication from service advisor. Spoke with manager about situation. Service Advisor NEVER apologize and made a scene in front of everyone with me. I am thankful that my car was repaired. HOWEVER, I will never return back to this dealership..Very unsatisfied with the customer service I received. I will Yelp about this particular situation especially the customer service and service representative.
