I bought a Pathfinder a little over a week ago. On the initial test drive, I noticed the steering wheel shook at highway speeds. I told the sales associate who I was in the vehicle with. She said it would be fixed and looked at by service. I went back the next day and purchased the vehicle. My original sales associate wasn’t there so I was with a different sales associate. He wasn’t sure if it had been fixed. On the way home with the vehicle, I noticed that it still shook. I immediately let the original sales associte know and was told to come in then. We came in to have it fixed on Saturday when I was told that the service department was understaffed and wouldn’t/couldn’t do it. I understood and said I would make an appointment. A day later I was told I needed to come in the next day to resign paperwork. When I came in, I waited for an half an hour and the paperwork was not ready, even though I came in at the time they requested. I had a service appointment the next day so I told them I would sign paperwork then. I came back the next day just to be ignored by everyone until a sales associate asked me if I’d been helped. I went back to finance to be told that my loan was totally different and I needed to put $1,600 down. I repeatedly told everyone involved when I bought the car that I would not be putting any money down. Once I told the finance associate that, he became rude and never looked me in the eye after that point. He then came back and said I didn’t need money down and I resigned the papers. I walked back to service and was told that the used car department was no longer willing to cover any part of what the car needed to be fixed, which was only an alignment and balance totaling about $130.00. I paid just the $40 to have the tires balance and was told that’d fix the shaking. I left the dealership 2 hours later, despite the service advisor saying it would only take an hour. they called about 20 minutes later stating their machine was off and they needed to fix something that could have possibly been wrong. At that point, the car was still shaking at highway speeds. I did initially decline them fixing the issue because I was extremely frustrated with the whole experience. They offered me my money back so I did take the vehicle back in. They took the car back to rebalance the tires and I left. I’d been at the dealer from 10:00am to 2:30pm for all but maybe a half hour. Once I left, I noticed the vehicle still shook at highway speeds. I called service and requested to speak to the manager and was told he was on lunch so I gave my name and number and was told I’d get a call back within about 35 minutes. It has since been over 24 hours and have not received a call from the manager. However, the service advisor did text me the next day with a basic apology and asked I take it in for my next service there. I went Avondale Nissan because my boyfriend frequently went there for parts and never had a bad experience. I was extremely disappointed by the finance and service department and will not be revisiting the dealership. I will also not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will also be contacting Nissan personally about this because Avondale Nissan failed to repair my vehicle after 4 times and even after signing that Avondale Nissan would cover anything within 15 days, they refused to fix an inexpensive issue.

Blair was fantastic! Give him a high five for me. Everything was taken care of and he let me know it wasn't a problem. I buy all my cars from Avondale Nissan and they don't usually have issues but when they do, I want people like Blair to fix it for me.

Mr. Hardy was awesome. I will definitely look him up for our next new Nissan. Spent much time going over vehicle as we purchased it from the original owner. Can't say enough good about him.
