I was very happy with the customer service I received especially because there was misunderstanding about service date but they were able to fit me in and still had me out in a reasonable time even after washing my car.
The representative at the desk that took care of me was great. The problem I had was I had appointment at 1000, I got there at 0930 and my car was not taken into the shop until at least 1025
Brandon always goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. I only go to him. I am 100% satisfied with Brandon's customer service
I showed up at 1pm to drop off my car to get serviced and also get my AC checked out. Brandon was the one servicing me and before I left he told me he would call me around 330pm no later than 4pm to let me know what is going on with my car. I left the dealership went home and then 5pm came and I still haven’t heard any word on my car, I called around 550pm to see what was going on and got the run around from the receptionist and someone in the service department. I was being transferred all over the place and it took me 5 calls to finally get a hold of Brandon he told me what was wrong with the car 5 hours later after dropping it off. He then went on to say that I would have to leave the car overnight since everyone left and asked if it was okay, I told him it was not okay due to the fact that I had to be up for work at 4am the next day. He told me “I’ll see what I can do and I’ll call you back in 10 minutes”. By this time it was 610pm, I waited the 10 minutes and still no call! He finally sent me a text around 710pm asking if I was still going to pick up my car... overall Brandon and the staff that I talked to upon calling 5 times provided extremely poor customer service, especially without being called once for an update on my car and me having to call just to figure out. I’ve been going to Avondale Nissan for the past 3 years, I was extremely disappointed in the service I was provided especially upon picking it up the next day. That is the last time I will get my car service at that location.
I was pleased extra repairs were also taken care of during this visit, which were under warranty.
Scheduling was done on desired day at last minute and service was performed within expected time. Julie provided friendly, helpful customer service.
I really liked how he stayed in contact via text.

Immediate response to my needs
The first time was great this time around sucked. I said I didnt want my car washed just the oil change because I didn’t have the time to wait all day. About two hours later I didn’t hear back from Nissan so I came to pick up my car. Come to find out they still did a car wash on it. I ended up being late to work because it took longer than what I was told. Guest service guy who helped me didn’t seem to care about my needs, he was on the phone the whole time.
Give Julie Spickerman more money. She's awesome!
