My oil change and tire rotation took almost three hours and I was quoted 1.5hrs. I asked them to look at a sensor light but they said that would take another 1.5hrs for them to diagnose and possibly longer to fix. So I was told by my service advisor to make another appointment to get the problem fixed.

I happened to get Brandon on the phone regarding my AC compressor going out and explain my situation with the extended warranty to him. He very professionally explained how the process would work and set my appointment. The AC was fixed to my complete satisfaction and I learned that during the comprehensive inspection I had a motor mount that was slightly cracked. Brandon the range for me to come back and have it replace. I was very impressed with all staff that I encountered while I waited for my vehicle. Very good attention to restroom public area and snack bar. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Avondale Nissan and Brandon Rivera.
