Waited seven and a half hours. Nissan Punctured tire. New one given. However, my tire light was on as I drove away yesterday. My tire pressures read "low tire,28" Tire pressures are 35,28, 30, and 31. Problem: tires pressures varied, low tire pressure, and tire light on. Did you puncture a second tire on Thursday? I’m sure my satisfaction with Brandon Rivera isn’t an experience I have only received. I have heard so much bad things about going to the dealership to get my car fixed, that I never would even think about going in to the service department.... Brandon changed that for me. He really needs to be the lead of that department, he makes me feel like family.

Julie was great! I called earlier in the day to see if she could get my Titan in for an oil change. She was able to. Drop off was easy, waiting area was nice. She told me when the Titan was almost done and then when it was done she came and got me. Went over the service, paid the bill and left. Great service as always with Julie.
