When I arrived for my 3pm appointment it was as not clear where or whom I should see. A number ticket would make sure you were seen o in the order you showed up. BWith that being said the rest of the process was great.. I look forwRd to my next appointment
We need more people like Julie Who understands our needs I walked in confused and not knowing what to ask what to expect .but Julie walk me through all the i services my car would need and she did not try to sell me something I did not need She made me felt like my car was going to be in good hands and for that I am very grateful .
Very happy with the service. I only go to him when I'm going to take my vehicles to get service. I'm very please his professionalism, customer service and his willingness to go the extra mile to make the customer is happy with service
