You sent the vehicle home knowing there was another issue that needed repairing. This is the reason another appointment had to be made.
3 hours for an oil change when i was told 1hour and 30min. Over all the service was good.
This was the second time I made the appointment to have dome light replaced (was missing when I purchased the vehicle). I waited over an hour before Mike stated that a lube guy was not going to be able to do work and he was going to pull the Forman to complete the job. After another 45 mins I was then advised once again it was not the correct item. Mike then advise the correct part was on back order and he would send the vehicle to at least get washed. After another 30 mins my vehicle was brought to the front. This was completely unacceptable and wasted 3 hours Friday morning when I clearly told Mike I was leaving town that morning.
Julie my service rep is just so awsome at taking care of issues and follow up communication is above the normal.
I really appreciate her and her service.
Spent close to 2 hours onsite for a simple oil change, I was told it would be another hour if I wanted my vehicle washed as well. I think 3 hours for these basic services is over the top. Definitely makes me think twice about returning and taking my vehicle back for additional maintenance. I will more than likely look for a different service provider as I cannot waste 2 to 3 hours for similar services.
Great Exceeded my expectations
When moving to a new place or in my case a new State you are worried that the things you love will be just as loved as theplaces back home that took care of your things. I am happy to say my Nissan has found a new home with your dealership! Blake Scott treated us with such care even though we were a Work in that we felt like we were home! Thank you for having great people to encounter on our first trip there! And thanks for the free hand wash you did in the car! Windows inside and out and vaccumned! I’ll always come back and will be bringing a few friends! Thanks again Blake, and the rest of the dealership ???? DEBBIE L
