Mike made a very trying situation run very smoothly. My vehicle stalled in the drive unexpectedly and Mike had them working on my car quickly and with minimal waiting
I took my car for service (oil & tire rotation) a 7:50 am . My appt was at 8:00 am. I requested the shuttle service to take me back home. I was told tha service was going to take 2 hrs . I waited for Blair to call me when my car was ready and to send the shuttle to pick me up at home to take me back to Avondale Nissan to pick my car up. At noon I had to call for an Uber to go to Avondale Nissan. I am not happy with this experience.
I really appreciate Brandon for fitting me in to service my vehicle! I had to reschedule for a later time and unfortunately the original rep I was scheduled to work with didn’t have any availability later in there day, but Brandon accommodated my request. He was very nice and explained everything in detail to me. My experience at Avondale Nissan is always a pleasant experience! Thank you!

He was very nice and understanding. Vehicle needs a battery, my company offers deep discounts for batteries, he was very understanding to that. He let me know ASAP with issues and was very professional. Would recommend to others.
It took way too long. I took almost 4 hours on what I was told would take two hours. The delay was for the recall for the software update and it should have not taken two additional hours on top of the services that were performed on this visit. I'll still use Avondale Nissan service as I normally get exceptional service there, but today was just a little annoying.
The service lady Julie is awesome!! And any questions or concerns we had she had an answer. Julie is very knowledgeable at what she does. I will refer family and friends and tell them to request Julie. She’s. Wonderful.
