IBrandon was not my technician. I was told one hour wait it was an hour and a half forgoing the car wash. On my way home I see I am still getting the warning li need oil change and tire maintenance. I text back to the text receved when vehicle was done and never got a response. I'm assuming the person who did the oil change forgot to reset something. I suppose now I will have to go back and have it reset. We have bought eight Nissans from this dealership and I have always been happy . I think they were so busy and not enough help.

Interior parts scratched showed to shop foreman he took picture later discovered the chrome bezel missing from the 12 volt knob for phone charger. Was told vehicle was washed well it sat outside overnight and from storm dirty again no follow through to make sure still clean! Sent a message via 53160 text to Julie Spickman about missing chre bezel so far no reply. Apparently shop foreman felt XM radio replaced that Julie-Tech should have contacted Sirius Radio and had it going instead of customer doing it you'll have to see him on that but my wife overheard him asking Julie why Sirius not contacted! Prior to this service date in July brought in for a signal issue Sirius XM said for me to tell dealer service to contact them they would help them resolve it but of course not done Julie said all we did was reprogram it radio is fine 2 weeks later the XM radio unit reverted to as if we didn't have a subscription On this last service appointment for dead XM radio the paperwork says ran a diagnostic and head unit failure. Ironic why wasn't it done the first time all we ever get is oh no computer code so not able to fix it is this the current mechanical mentality if no code why we have no idea how to troubleshoot issues!!!! We have also had intermittently having passenger seat airbag light issue all 2-3 times since we complained about it all we got was no computer code so we reprogrammed it see how it does! So far this time us behaving but I ask you after 2 times after recallfix and same issue happens don't you think you should say we need to find out why software reprogram is not correcting the issue. Does someone have to bemamed or killled because of your inability to fix it!! Would you want your loved ones to sit in a seat with airbag maybe light goes out or maybe not and have them hurt????? Your Trudy in sales was great but your service department does her and all sales force an injustice I know I would not want to work for Avondale Nissan knowing they can sell a vehicle but techs are useless to fix an issue especially a repeated one such as we had twice now for same issues! Go back from time we brought our 2015 Murano in forairbag recall and see how many times we complained and look at all the moron's were capable of doing to cure it. We have also complained of a lugging sound from CVT the paperwork on it tech noted he heard the sound yet not cured!! And now you ask how was my last visit let's see how or whom from management has the guts to call and have a sit down with us to all this. My wife and I if ever thought of buying a new car from you is in toilet why but from a dealer that cannot fix isduesfrom a vehicle they sell!!?? Have a great day is there a dealership with a service department you can recommend that actually can fix issues without a computer code as from the days prior to computers mechanics had to use brain and actually troubleshoot until failed item is found not hard but apparently you all need a 109 year old mechanic to teach the incompetent ones you have what the definition of a mechanic/tech really means. To say we're not happy would be an understatement as to Service advisor a nice lady but ak hef a question about how to do something or how it functions hadn't a clue 95% of the time so since 1975 being a Chevy person we took our vehicles in and service advisors had to know what was what with vehicles apparently Nissan has a very low standard. Nissan Inc sent a query kadt month on our experience as a Nissan owner they did not like our reply.

Had an appointment for an oil change tire rotation and service. showed up to your service center at my appointment time. Still in the entryway for a good couple minutes before David finally looked up from his computer and ask do you have a question. No good morning what can I do for you none of that. Then I was told even though I had an appointment with anyone that someone would be taking care of me shortly but he’s not in yet so you’ll have to wait till he gets here. So I walk outside to wait and then David comes out and says I can take care of you. Really acted like he had no interest in taking care of me. So after my vehicle is finished he text me to tell me my truck is ready and he’s just finishing up paperwork but I can come pick it up. So I texted him right back and told him that I am just getting out of bed, which I told him about when I first came in, because I work nights and I’ll be there in a couple hours. No response from David. So I texted him again and said what is the final bill so I can go ahead and pay this so I can pick my truck up later. Again no response. I finally had to call and get a sales manager to help me finalize my bill and get my truck ready for pick up. Believe his name was Jay and he was extremely helpful, a lot more helpful than your service people! After doing a walk around my truck I noticed that you guys washed it but did a horrible job washing it and it looks like you cleaned my windows with an oily rag. David and your whole team needs to be taught how to greet a customer when they walk in the door. Also after picking my truck up from your receptionist never once said thank you for your business! Just here you go. This is the second time I’ve had my truck in and I’ve had very bad customer service! I am a very easy-going guy but this really upset me! Try to be loyal to your dealership because we bought two vehicles from you guys. Just wanted to feel like I was part of your family. But If this is how you treat your family I feel sorry for them!

To Whom It May Concern: Blair provides exceptional service. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to provide peace of mind when addressing service issues (regardsless of size). His level of professionalism is unlike any other, being ethical in his work and treatment toward his clients. Avondale Nissan should feel proud to have someone like Blair on their team...keep up the excellent work!
