I chose Blair Hummel as my service advisor, you see I have been going to your Nissan Dealer for approximately 2 1/2 years. I’v had different advisor. As I sat in your waiting room I would watch how different advisor interact with your customers. Blair, interacts with his customers as if they were very important to him . He is friendly and cordial. He take time to let you know what you need. Not in a pushy way. But carrying. I give Him an A + outstanding. Thank you for asking. Margaret

Management needs to do a better job getting vehicles in and out quicker. I will never go to Avondale Nissan again for oil changes or tire rotations. It takes way too long, especially when appointments are made.
